Copies of all documentation will be available at the meeting. All Swim Ireland members are entitled to attend the Annual Conference; however, voting is confined to a maximum of two delegates from each club.
Club Secretaries are asked to respond by email on or before Tuesday, 12 February, 2019 advising us of the names of their Two Voting Club Delegates.
In the case where a Club has not nominated voting delegate(s) and a member of that Club is present at the meeting, that member will be entitled to vote on behalf of the Club unless we receive notification from the Club Secretary that the Club does not wish anyone to vote on its behalf. Proxy voting is not allowed.
Registration is from 7.30pm; the meeting will commence at 8.00pm and is expected to be concluded by 10.00pm.
Light refreshments will be available for delegates at registration.
