The entries for the forthcoming Regional Qualifying Meet are very large therefore to enable the meet to run as smoothly as possible please note the following :
Saturday Warm-Up 12 noon
Scratches by 12.15
Technical Meeting 12.20
Officials Briefing 12.40
Session 1
Starts 1pm sharp – finishes 4pm
Session 2
Starts 4.45pm – finishes 8pm
Scratches for Sunday to be handed in by 6pm
Session 3
Warm-Up 8am – Please note change of time
Starts 9am – finish 12.15pm
Session 4
Starts 1pm
This is an extremely long session, so in order to comply with meet licencing it may be necessary to break for 30 minutes in the middle of the session.
This will of course depend on the number of scratches.
It is imperative that swimmers who are not competing are scratched, so please ensure that this is done.
Can you please ensure that Officials from your club are at their posts in time.
