Parents of Competitive Swimmers please note:
Level 2 Officials Course (Must have Level 1 Officials)
Date: Saturday, 26th January, 2019
Time: 12pm – 5.30pm
Venue: University of Limerick Pool
Please email our course co-ordinator Susan on suduggan@eircom.net if you wish to attend the level 2 in Limerick, and she will arrange to enrol you. Fermoy SC and Munster Swimming will cover the cost for parents attending the courses between now and July.
As previously advised, from next season – only swimmers whose parent has completed the level 1 officials course will be able to compete with FSC, as we need to be able to roster all parents for Gala Duty in their turn, in the interests of fairness to all parents.
In addition, parents of torpedo and sharks squad members need to complete the level 2 course also, in order for their swimmers to compete at that level, but we would encourage all parents who complete level 1 to go on and complete level 2.

We ran a very well attended level 1 course in Fermoy in December. Any parents who attended this course (or who already have the level 1 from previously) are eligible to attend the level 2 course in UL. We would encourage as many parents as possible to sign up for this one.
