The inaugural Cork Rebel Swim will take place on Sunday, 3rd December in a number of Swimming venues throughout Cork. Participants will have the option of choosing from a 500m or 1km timed swim as part of the event.
In addition to their event entry, participants will also receive a FREE Cork Rebel Swim T-SHIRT, as well as a Swim Ireland SWIMMING HAT & DRAWSTRING BAG.
The events are being coordinated by Cork Sports Partnership and a number of Cork Swimming Pools to promote Swimming as a Physical Activity for all.
The Cork Rebel Swim is supported by KBC BANK Bright Ideas, Swim Ireland, Sport Ireland, Cork City Council and Cork County Council and is open to swimmers of all fitness levels.
The aim of the Cork Rebel Swim is to encourage communities and people of all abilities to get physically active through swimming.
