The Strength Lab UK have offered free access to the first 5 levels of the programme to everyone for the duration of the Coronavirus pandemic. To get up and running please click on the link and use the log in details below (be sure to click on the TEACHER link, not the student one)
I would like you all to start trying this programme, you could start off on level 1 doing 12 reps of each exercise 2/3 times per week.
When you find level one is becoming easy then move to level 2 and so on.
The instructions are very clear on how to do each exercise.
