Our Glofish, Swordfish, Marlins, Sailfish and Dolphins squads are all now on their summer break, with the last regular Sharks session being held this Saturday, June 16.
The finishing date for Torpedoes is to be decided, as training continues for them in preparation for Division 2 and Division 1.
However, swimmers can keep their training going – DOLPHINS can train with Sharks on Saturday, June 16 from 8am-10am. SHARKS with one Grade 2 time can train with Torpedoes at 06.15am – 07.45am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and on Saturday & Sundays from 5pm-7pm, starting Tuesday, June 12.
We would encourage as many Sharks as possible to come along to the extra training sessions with the Torpedo squad, the extra training now will certainly stand to you in September when the new season starts.
Every single one of our most experienced Torpedo swimmers made maximum use of any extra training opportunities that arose when they were in the Sharks squad – it really is worth the effort.
