All Shark Squad, please not there is no training this Saturday, November 10th due to the Nenagh Invitational Gala.
All FULL grade 2 (B) swimmers may train with Torps on Saturday from 17.00 till 19.00.
All others not going to the gala can train on Saturday from 10.00 till 10.45.
Sharks/Dolphins going to gala, park in the Abbey Court Hotel car park.
The Eircode for the pool is E45 P662.
Boys warm up is 09.00
Girls warm up is 09.25.
