NCL HUB EASTER SWIM CLINICS
Information on the Easter Swim Clinics taking place in the SI National Centre Limerick, UL Sport Arena.
Please note the level of swimmer that these clinics are aimed at as this is different to previous clinics.
• Freestyle Clinic is targeting swimmers with 400 Free time from 4.40 to 5.00
• Medley Clinic is targeting swimmers with 200 IM time from 2.40 to 3.00
• Clinics will focus on skill, technique and training development
• Maximum of 16 swimmers per clinic
• €100 per swimmer per clinic
• Swimmers should bring their swim training equipment including Fins & Snorkel
• They should also have gym equipment including trainers for light land training activities
• Lunch is an individual responsibility (not provided)

10.30 – 11.30 Land – Practice
