The following is in relation to the 2019 Munster Regional Annual Conference:
Please find attached (at the end of this post) the Reports and updated Operating Procedure Manual from the Munster Regional Annual Conference.
We had over 40 attendees – a great turn out. I know as sport in general a lot is asked of club members and many act in a voluntary capacity.
Great efforts are made to develop the sport in the region and nationally. We greatly value your time and input and every comment and proposal is discussed.
What I would ask is that clubs make the most of these opportunities and engage with committees and various workshops and training courses if needed.
If you have a passion for the sport or an interest in helping the region grow we have vacancies on committees that will need to be filled. Details will soon go out to clubs regarding these.
The Swim Ireland Club Day & CCO Forum takes place on Saturday, 23rd March, 2019 at the Absolute Hotel Limerick. Registration is from 9.30am with the both workshops running from 10am – 1.30pm (lunch will be provided at 1.30pm)
I’ve attached flyers regarding these too. The Club Development Day will focus on the Coach/Committee relationship and will be integral to help us identify supports we can offer and to formulate up a partnership agreement which clubs can individually tailor as circumstances are unique.
These workshops are free and interactive so I would ask that clubs engage with these and have as many coach and committee members attend. They can book directly on the links below.
