The warm up times are as below to ensure that there is enough room for swimmers and also will give the further clubs longer time to get to Waterford:

8:20am -8:40am Waterford Crystal / Splashworld

9:00am – 9:20am Tiger Sharks / Kingfisher / Streamline

9:20am – 9:40am Dolphin / Sundays Well / Blackrock
