Swimmers may only enter one of the following events:

Boys & Girls U/12 Over 10 2 lengths 50m Freestyle

Boys & Girls U/12 Over 10 2 lengths 50m Backstroke
Boys & Girls U/14 Over 12 2 lengths 50m Freestyle
Boys & Girls U/14 Over 12 2 lengths 50m Backstroke
Boys & Girls U/14 Over 12 2 lengths 50m Breaststroke
Boys & Girls U/14 Over 12 2 lengths 50m Butterfly
Boys & Girls U/16 Over 14 2 lengths 50m Freestyle

AGE GUIDLINES 2017:
Under 16: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2001 are overage
Under 15: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2002 are overage
Under 14: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2003 are overage
Under 13: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2004 are overage
Under 12: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2005 are overage
Under 11: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2006 are overage
Under 10: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2007 are overage
Under 9: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2008 are overage
Under 8: Competitors born on or before 31st July 2009 are overage
U8 competitors must be able to swim one length of the pool.
Note: Winners at County Level will be asked to compete in the National Event taking place at the National Sports Campus in Dublin on Saturday, May 6th 2017
At County Entry is free for swimmers but there is a €5 charge on the day for adults to cover the cost. If you win your race at county level you go forward to participate in the national Finals, all participants must register with National at a cost of €30. This cost goes to the running of the National Finals.

Only 2 entries are allowed for each event from each area so places will be assigned on a first come basis.
