This weekend Jodie Baker and Zoe Daniels-Howard are travelling to Dublin to compete in the Interprovincial Championships, as part of the Munster team. Jodie will swim for Munster in the 200IM, Zoe takes on the 100m breaststroke.
The championships are held in the National Aquatic Centre, points are awarded to each province according to the results of each event, the province with the most points at the end of the day wins the cup.
Historically this has always been Ulster’s for the taking, but here’s hoping that this is Munster’s year.

Last year’s Interpros saw some fabulous swimming by some famous names – Mona McSharry, Danielle Hill, Daniel Wiffen and Conor Ferguson to name just a few.
Well done to our girls for qualifying, it is a wonderful achievement.
